One is plumping up nicely and has not fed when offered in about a month or a little over. The other has fed twice. We believe the plumpness is due to a pregnancy. She, if it really is a she, has also began to turn blue for an upcoming shed. We had observed them a while back as if they were courting and breeding. My wife has had them for around ten years and never did anything other than be a responsible keeper to them. We decided to house them together last year in a larger enclosure to free up the two they were in for other purchases. Looks like, and we are both hoping, that we may be expecting some more additions. We are keeping our fingers crossed on this. A normal ball breeding may not be exciting to many folks out there, but it has us on the edge of our seats. Especially since we were trying to see who would produce first. Our jungle carpets or the balls. First time for us if either of them produces. I can't express our feelings enough. | ||
