I've been super busy studying for finals and getting ready for my surgical clinicals this week so I have not had a chance to post pics...

Here's the quick story:

I introduced the male Hypo Rev. Stripe for 1 day when school first started, but soon realized that I would not be home enough to watch for ovulation of babies so I pulled him and decided to give the group the year off until my schedule was more solid. I never saw ovulation and then last mont I find Fem #3 tightly coiled in the back of her tub acting totally different than she had been the last few months

I honestly had no idea she was gravid.........well last week I come home from school and as soon as I walked into the snake room there was that smell.......I knew it the moment it it my nostrils.......BABY BOA GOO!!!

I ran to her tub expecting to see some nice hypos and stripes, but what I found blew me away!

There were 5 full term babies, and 13 slugs. 1 baby was a normal partial reverse stripe, 3 hypo partial reverse stripes, and what appears to be either an Anerytheristic or Ghost Panamanian......

My adults are the Hypo Rev. Stripes that came in back in 2005 on the CITES export group from Panama. Is it possible that these snakes are hets for Anery from the wild?

This is where id like the input from the forum and the Big Boa guys.....

As you will see the Anery baby resembles its hypo litter-mates more than any normal panamanians I have ever seen. Hypo Panamanians have bright colored highlights around the medallions whereas the normals typically do not. This baby has amazing white highlights all along the sides like the hypos and the saddles look like the hypos which is why I am thinking it may be a Ghost?.?.?.?

The Hypos & Normal Rev stripe

The Anery/Ghost with a Hypo sib

So what is it besides the COOLEST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anery or Ghost Pani?

Regardless of what it is......its going to keep me busy for years...
