Pastel Hypo Head with Hypo body???

I've never seen this before, and I'm trying to figure out what it is. He has the head of a Pastel Hypo and the body color and pattern of a regular Hypo?? There are several areas of lighter/washed out orange color, especially along his back. There is a picture of him alone, a picture of him with a sibling Hypo, and another picture of him with a Pastel Hypo sibling and Hypo sibling. Is he a Pastel Hypo or just a Hypo? Please let me know what you think.
