Irresponsible behavior and irresponsible legislation go hand-in-hand it seems.
When you're in the business of creating law, crafting bad ineffective legislation is always good for business. Always room for some future tweaking. That's what I call job security!
Not funny, but so true. Smacks of planned obsolescence. In this case we can call it intentional legislative maleficence.
Throw the bums out for demagoguery!
