I don't believe it for one second.
Ituri Forest Rhino Vipers is a made up name to describe colorful rhino's.
Reptile dealers have been using this name for years to describe such colorful specimens and has nothing to do with the locality of the snake.I believe they just barely range in the Ituri Forest area of Africa, they are mostly found in central and western Africa.
