You've got a few issues you need to deal with:

The substrate you are using is way too wet. Get your eggs out of that substrate and evalate them on something so that they are not touching the medium.

2. Mold on eggs in any capacity means it is usually too late to save them. It will just continue until the entire egg is covered and anything that may have been alive no longer is. Maybe you caught it soon enough, only time and vigilance will tell.
