only way to check for internal parasites is taking a fresh poop sample to a vet for a fecal test. Nearly all internal parasites common in reptiles are not visible to the naked eye. Larger parasites may not show up in poop either but their eggs do, hence a vet examining your snake's poop is the only way to know for sure if he has any parasites or not.

Quarantine of new snakes is also recommended to ensure new snakes don't have pathogens (viruses etc.) which could infect your established collection. As you seem to be doing this already by keeping your CH babies separate from the rest of your collection, now its just a matter of getting a fecal done. Though if you house your snakes separately and take care in not using the same cleaning items for all the cages (or at least sterilize after each cleaning) spread of internal parasites not as easy as it is with external (ie mites and ticks) parasites.
