If $5000 dollars is keeping them from making the trip,that's a piss poor excuse.They make that off 1 snake,how many times a year?I hope it takes more than 5grand to keep them from coming.I am sure for some that it is very expensive. But for the rest,who made you what you are today? The little people did.The same ones that are now in love with this hobby.And the same ones that go to these conventions not only for deals and fun,but to meet the breeders that now think they don't need to show up because they are "Big Time".It's not all the economy's fault.Some of these guys have a HUGE EGO.They just don't want to go.But,after all,this is a free country.For now.
