That might help with the ASF's but remember that we are just out of the season where many of the Ball's stop eating for the winter months because of the changes in weather and breeding issues and all that kind of stuff. I have lots of Ball's both big and small that whether they are breeding size or not just seem to stop eating during the winter and many are now just starting back. Some have been eating all winter, some have been off feed for 3 to 6 months, some have just recently started back to eating and I have a few that still are not back to eating yet..lol. Good luck and welcome to the world of the finicky eaters,Ball Pythons.
