Bad news

Of the 3 eggs I only got 1 hatchling and it is slightly kinked near the vent. The kink is not bad, but I wouldn't feel right selling it so, I'm going to give it to the guy who helped me aspirate the 5 eggs that were stuck. Without his help I may have lost the female!

It pipped on Thurs. the 16th and was out crawling around the next day.



Seeing no other pips, I carefully put a small slit in the other 2 eggs on Monday the 20th. Well, today, Sat. the 25th I opend the 2 eggs and found 2 dead easterns. Both were badly kinked and one had not completely developed.



I'm pretty bummed about the whole thing, but hopefully in 2 years when I breed her again i'll have better success.
