It's as if they are trying to baffle us with BS. It's the old head fake, feint to the left and feint to the right. An intentional and deadly serious strategy to send so much legislation to the Hill all at once, so as to create confusion and diversion, that one bill may slip through and become law. Looks like their primary goal is to get this one through.

Very scary and very serious business.
