It's absolutely astounding you can get this:

from this:

I'm not doubting you, but...
1. the word "interstate" is never used, although the intent of the act depends upon this interpretation
2. the word "possession" is never used, other than in reference to "possession of the United States" - not personal possession
3. the word "export" is never used, however, the act presumes that export to another country is understood
... I'm speechless!
