Burmese aren't hard to get eating pretty much anything so switching him back to frozen shouldn't be an issue. That, or just give him a week or two more of not eating and then get another frozen/thawed rabbit and dance it around the cage for him...don't just lay it in there....shouldn't be to difficult.
