I myself would have liked to see some forensic work by someone with reptile experience done on the child that was supposedly killed by the Burm recently. From what I've heard, the bites were not consistant with a python attack. There's also a lot more that needs to be addressed in that regard. The fact that the child died by a "snake attack" is the main reason a lot of these politicians were behind this bill. It wouldn't be the first time a child's death was blamed on a snake instead of the real reason.
