Another awful story... but it brings up something I've often wondered about. Anybody know what happens to the snakes picked up by animal control? I'm sure they get tons of calls but I'm not sure how many of those snakes get properly released.



I'm digressing a little but I'm sure everybody here is used to people giving there usual "listen to me tell you about all the snakes I've ever killed" talks. I wonder if the first thing they tell a dog lover upon meeting them is how many canines they've bashed with clubs, run over, or hacked to death with hoes. Well it's either the snakes they've killed they talk about or the pythons in florida. Harder and harder to keep a fake smile these days.
