Hey folks, not sure how many of you would remember an occasional poster like myself, but it's been about a year and a half since I have logged in here.

Things have changed a lot for me since I last visited this site. I finished my Associates Degree in I.T., moved to a larger apartment, got a better job, etc.

Also, Dave or Aubrey may remember me proudly posting pics of my BRB's I got from Bryan Hummel (I actually think that you have one of the siblings of my male, Ziggie, Aubrey). Well, unfortunately they passed away at the end of last winter. I went out of town for a weekend and the power went out (I have electric heat). They were housed in my second bedroom which cools off faster than the rest of my place. It was not a happy homecoming after that weekend away. Luckily though, my '06 CRB's enclosure was in my living room which is less drafty, and she was fine.

If I can manage to divert funds from one of my other hobbies I would like to try my luck with BRB's again sometime. But for now, it will have to wait.

I do have a recent addition to my mini-zoo, though it's not permanent. I rescued a baby Snapping turtle from the parking lot at work a few months ago. He was very lightly injured so I brought him home and my girlfriend thinks he's too cute to let go until later this summer, lol. His name is Monster (anyone remember Gamera? lol).
