Sometimes stuff happens, we can't always explain it, learn (or attempt to learn) correct and move on.
SYS, SIDS, etc...sometimes things are just unexplained, which is why its called practicing medicine. If your still practicing then it isn't perfect...
Hopefully you got some memory pictures and learned how to better keep the buggers in the enclosure better.
Again sorry for your lose but I don't see any one thing shouting out cause of death. Its happened to everyone of use, part of the hobby we all hate most.
