Albino bairds? Hypo? what?

I am new to bairds and just got this subadult male bairds in a trade. He is extremely light with very little silver. I'm trying to find out if he is a hypo or albino or a hybrid. Are there pure bairdi albinos out there? He was originally bought as a hatchling from a pet store in Salt Lake City. Here are some pics.
