Hmm,..that quite possibly looks like it could very well be an uncommon form of hypomelanism such as in the below pic. If there is ANY black/brown scales at all on the animal(no matter how minute and scattered), then it's a hypo. I haven't heard yet of an amelanistic gene(albinism) in bairdi in the hobby yet, but ANYTHING'S certainly possible nowadays.



What color are the actual pupils of the eye?(not the iris).



Anyhow, nice looking animal,...it looks to have all the proper hues of color and pattern that a "pure" bairdi would have, hopefully it's not a hybrid, because they do nothing but add confusion to this hobby in my opinion..LOL!
