Hillbilly this guy is an idiot and will more then likley be charged. Check out bay news 9.com they probally have the video there

I doubt in Florida he will be charged . In most states yes and my old state of PA but not here in Florida.



This place is so backwards that I am starting to think that the media will still report staged python sightings/captures even when they KNOW its staged .



I met guys while back setting a "stage" by Glades road .They "saw" albino stunning python and posted pics/video pffft and you can tell it was bogus .
