A quick pick or description of your care and cage may uncover something if you want to go into it. Not knowing you, or saying you are wrong - but I have come across a lot of "perfect conditions" that weren't correct... just something to consider.

beyond that -
Leave it alone for 4 or 5 days - only go in that room to give it water. Then get a live pink/fuzzy - take a razor blade and cut between its ears and eyes so you have some of the "fluid" coming out - have the woma in a 6 qt tub w/ good heat - drop the mouse in there and turn out the lights - leave it alone until the next morning.
