Don't mention to them that you have snakes, but some apartment complexes will allow "caged animals" such as hamsters. If you can find something in the lease that says caged animals are ok, and doesn't specifically say no reptiles, you might have a shot at keeping them. I would still cover them up if management needed to come in for any reason. Hope this helps a little.
