I wouldn't say a word. There are too many people out there that are irrationally afraid or repulsed by snakes. The odds are pretty good that your potential future landlord, who's best interests is his property, will be one of them. However, if they allow cats, and are knowledgeably informed abut the car/set-up involved in keeping snakes, they would theoretically have zero problems with reptiles -- theoretically. But I would not risk it. I've also been told that in most states aquariumed/caged animals are are not covered under a No Pets Clause, and are usually the exception to no pets, unless the lease specifically states "no snakes" or "no [specific pet]" (hamsters, etc). Most people that walk into my home have no idea I have so many snakes, they are fairly discrete. I would think any landlord or repair would be the same. Hope this helps! ----- Cheers!
