I did have a great trip, thanks. Yep, I was able to see a live one from afar, basking on a rock, took the shot, snuck up and around, poof! no whipsnake, lol! Yes, the blacktails are probably the most beautiful I have seen, if Texas has the silver, Arizona has the gold! They were incredibly docile, I never heard one of the three I saw buzz at all!
