reach 2.5 to three feet, you'd pretty much be left with . . . DeKay snakes and ringnecks, right?

That's unreasonable. It'd be like limiting dog keepers to chihuahuas and the smallest yorkies, or cat keepers to kittens under six months old. Oh, wait . . . dogs and cats aren't native to Wisconsin.

Are they working to achieve a pet-free town?!
