Yes, the timbers are cool. This one rattled alot, but never even struck at me. Kinda scary though, he was found about 50 yards from a campsite where about 10 families were spending their weekend. I guess what they don't know won't hurt them. I didn't want to tell them about the snake for fear of them killing it after I left.
