Electricity Question

If I have a 15 amp circuit breaker, how many 20 watt halogen bulbs can I safely ave on that circuit? I have an empty out-building that has one electrical line running to it and it is on a 15 amp circuit breaker. Any ideas and or answers would be greatly appreciated!
