Is this belly rot or what?

I was cleaning my cages today and found one of my females with a bloody, swollen belly. I have pics, but not sure how to post them. She has been soaking a lot lately. Her cage is clean and dry with appropriate temps, etc. She's still eating and is otherwise alert and active. She's kept in a CB70 Freedom Breeder. Am I describing belly rot or something else? Is there a home remedy I can use to avoid a vet bill? I'd be happy to send pics to someone to help me.
