Since I don't know how to upload pics on the forums I emailed the pics to my herp vet and this was his response...

This is a bacterial scut infection. Requires injectable antibiotics for a few weeks and topical treatment.
No home treatment will work.

I wish uploading pics on the forums was as easy as the classified section.
