Yep that's small, I have hatched a few small ones like that too, it's just harder to get them to thrive than a regular sized one. The color seems off to me for a Bee Evan , did you mean to say Spider or is that just the way the pic turned out, he is light colored but pretty golden colored to me for a bee??
