from what i know the runts tend to have a different color from it's siblings. this could be possibly becuase it's premature and developed just enough to survive.
now on to your runt ........honestly i believe that's a normal spider. the color is not there for a bumblebee. also the head pattern is not right for a bumblebee. your runt has a typical head pattern for a spider, not that of a bee with black spots.
i attached a pic of one of my clutches i hatched out this year to explain the head pattern from a bee and a spider.


you can slearly see the difference between the two. the spider has a solid line while the bees have spots.
i would still hold that back and breed it to a small royal. you can possibly unlock a nano gene and start something new.......midget ball pythons.......AKA "Nano Balls"
