Its a kangaroo court poll. The poll forces you to place a negative vote against private ownership. You ether have to give something up, pay more / discourage ownership

or support the idea that to many private owners are breaking the law. Its all negative.

The options read very much like they were written directly by an animal rights agendist. It appears the Orlando Sentinels past polling efforts have not gotten the results someone was looking for.
