Jaykis,
>>Trust me.....being a liberal Democrat has very little to do with an exotic animal bias I'm a Democrat, socially liberal but fiscally conservative.
>>That means we'll say what you want to hear, but won't do anything about it, lol
Personally, I do not care what anyone does within the privacy of their own home and personal life as long as they keep it their private life and/or choice. Living life by the "Golden Rule" is a good thing IMO...
Unfortunately I respectfully disagree with both of your statements…Sorry. When HSUS, PAWS, PETA, etc, makes political campaign/committee contributions – both individual (hard money-restricted) and party (soft money-unrestricted) – which political party gets the OVERWHELMING amount of their “political” expression of free speech (money)? When these groups go to Capitol Hill to lobby, who do you think they meet with? Who do you think provides “technical” assistance in the drafting of “text” of these bills on Capitol Hill?
Just read what these “private groups” advocate in their information and then compare it to what the bills will do…They may not say what they are doing but, behind the scenes, they - both “private groups” and “D” politicians - are doing this stuff together…Make no mistake about this.
Later,
Jim.
