I have an appointment on Saturday morning for her to be seen at the vet. I emailed these same pics to the vet and this was his response...

"This is a bacterial scut infection. Requires injectable antibiotics for a few weeks and topical treatment. No home treatment will work."

I don't think it's a burn because she's in a CB70 tub with plenty of room to get off the under tub heat (freedom breeder rack). She also was spending an excessive amount of time in her water bowl prior to shedding a few days ago. On a positive note, she did eat the night before last and otherwise seems healthy.

Thanks to any and all for the help/advise.
