hi,

this is one of the reasons why I stopped keeping large pythons!! things that I found out over the years that can help.

1. Get the snake on a feeding/pooping cycle. I feed the snake and let her sit until she poops, then out she comes and I clean up. This can take 3 or 4 days.

2. The more you feed, the more they poop. I bet you can wait longer than a week on feeding and she will be just fine. Snakes in the wild can go months in between feedings.

3. I always soaked my large snakes in the tub while I cleaned their cages, make sure you get the temperature just right. If they still have to go they usually will go in the tub which makes for an easy clean up.
