It does look similar to a pastel het red -- probably is -- but the snake itself looks a little on the yellow side -- plus it looks quite a bit smaller than the clutch mates that it could just be an underdeveloped pastel. IDK -- wait until it sheds and see if the color changes any -- may give you a better idea of what's going on with it.
