Male Breeding Weight / Size?

I have a couple males that I would like to use for breeding in the 2010 season, but not sure if they are quite ready yet. I think they could handle it, but I'm not sure if they actually are big enough. Does anyone know the mimimum size for males to breed successfully? I don't want to waste time trying to get them to breed next year if they aren't ready yet.
