So how do you spell imminent anyway?

Both my big boa females are gravid or have tumors.

One has been looking very large and flat and wide for a while now. Today, she doesn't look so fat anymore. She kinda has her upright shape back. Does this mean anything?

I didn't catch her ovulating, so don't have that to go by. She normally gives birth mid-August. And I don't remember her shape before then.

First time she gave birth I had given up and decided she had a tumor. Had just cleaned her cage and put the male back in with her. Next day, babies! 23 live and 12 slugs. She had her poor mate squashed up against the front of the cage.

She skipped a year, then last year she dropped 2 deformed premature babies and 36 slugs. I didn't think she'd catch this year, but she did.

It's so maddening isn't it?
