No, it really isn't what I wanted to get after looking at it afterwards, it's not quite what the mother is in my other pic there, but it isn't really what this pic captured either. Although it IS still a killer example of extreme hypomelanism regardless of not getting the oranges quite right.
In addition to that, the regular light hypo is WAY lighter in the dark bands than the pic shows too,...I just can't seem to win with getting the colors/shades right on..LOL!
Anyway, to answer your question, the color in the adults has stayed exactly as they were as hatchlings, which is indeed pretty cool, so I would expect the offspring to basically follow suite with that too.
