Can't say if your snake has anything wrong, but yours is an observation that's come up before on this forum (and in my snake room). My hunch is that they are imperfect at digesting rodents, especially large rodents, which sometimes makes for fouler smelling semi-digested waste. But that's just my BS guess, and it doesn't mean there isn't a health or environmental problem occuring.
Lots of things can cause imperfect digestion in reptiles, if that's what's causing your stink. Have you ever smelled a regurgitated rodent? That's about as crude and imperfect as digestion can get.
If it's any consolation, I've got a carpet python or two that can give a run for their money.
