The yellow rat
back in '04, a friend in Florida that does animal rescue and rehab had a few everglade hatchings and this little yellow rat hatchling. None were feeding and two of the everglades were kinked pretty bad.
Well, one of the everglades died (a kinked one) but I got the other two everglades and the yellow rat eating...after about a month of working with them.
early on a gave the remaining kinked everglades to a friend. As it was growing the kinks became much less noticeable.
I ended up keeping the eveglades and the yellow for a couple of years and then gave them, traded them or sold them to a friend of mine (can't remember which...lol)
At the time I didn't have mates to go with either and didn't really have room to start working with everglades and yellow rats.
I'm pretty sure they have since been sold and are out there somewhere.
so basically I can't really give you any background at all...lol
