I've been waiting to produce one of these for years. I've always considered the Russo (het. Blue Eyed Leucistic) to be an extremely underrated morph. Not only are there very few ever seen for sale, but the only person I've ever seen post pics of combos has been Vin Russo himself.

I know this combo has been done in the past, but I couldn't wait to produce one myself. I love how Russos actually improve with age and the way they clean and color up other morphs is almost unrivaled.

I recently hatched out 0.2 Russo het. BEL and 0.1 Russo het. X Pastel from a three egg clutch. The Russo X Pastel is simply awesome in person. My pictures here are actually pretty washed out as far as the yellows go, but they are still pretty close to what they look like in person. As she gets older she won't brown out like other Pastels, instead her colors will become bolder and brighter!

Anyways, I've rambled long enough, here are the pictures:

It's difficult to see, but her entire belly is completely white. The white creeps about 1/5 of the way up her sides and into those awesome flames.

You can see that they color up the Pastel morph - these look similar to Fireflies, but in my opinion, they are actually brighter than Fireflies.

If I get a chance later, I'll post some pictures of the Russo het. BELs. It's a subtle co-dom morph, but when seen in person and side-by-side with a normal, it's pretty unmistakable.
