I would have to agree on the stillborn one. One year I found a litter in the water bowl, all frantically swimming and none could get out. None drowned in that situation. Ever since that litter, my pregnant females get "birthing bowls" I put a inverted clay saucer in the water bowl and lower the water level so the saucer is just a little under the surface.
