RE:??? New to boas

Here are a few pics, hope this helps. The first pic is a regular boa. The second is a Hog Island Boa, and last is a pic of a Hog Island crossed with a red tail boa. And yes the Hog Islands boa as well as a few other boas change color when the heat up and cool down. I think it is to absorb more light energy but im not an expert on the process in which they use to do this but its cool to watch.
