I would go out on a limb and say that the trans gene has been strengthened very much. Again i do agree that breeding hets is the way to go, why not improve the gene pool for the years to come. I think that someone would need to breed two hets, a het to a recessive and two actual trans dragons together and record feeding and growth rates as well as any defects etc.. to be able t say that trans x trans is any worse than het x het.
