I use a 24" roll cutter but I do not use indented paper. I like the 75 pound flat Kraft paper better than the indented Kraft paper. I got the cutter and I get my paper from Uline but the shipping is expensive. There was a guy in the Charlotte NC area several years ago who tried to make a go of a business selling precut Kraft paper to snake keepers. AFAIK the business did not work out for him.
