Dunno about that, but some of the babies (including yours) do look a lot like baby Copperheads. I understand the venom is much more potent in Cottonmouths though. It looks like an Eastern; what State/County did you find it? Here's a site with some pictures of some other baby Eastern Cottonmouths:
