hello, i have a word document with cells also in in, i want to be able to create a drop down box to be able to pick food items - i can do it in excel but this record card we have-we like it- can someone help me with this i can send them the file to play with, or have another file we can try- iu have about 90 balls now and want to give this a try, i seen deagi, snake lab. my email is hunger143@gmail.com



p.s dont want to do pen and paper as thats what we been doing and want to give this a shot
