Yes, that is very common to see some melanin reduction in the eyes of many hypos that are not extreme, so it displays some blood you can actually see within the eye.
And on the same token, all extremes will be so melanin reduced that they will have VERY ruby-red eyes instead of darker ones, or purplish/amethyst colored eyes.
Their bands are also a VERY light silvery/gray, sometimes it can even have a greenish cast to it. The bellies and throat are often totally patternless, and many times their pattern is also so far reduced, it is many times vanished, or partially vanished. I have several of those types too.
Hope this all helped a bit, and like I said, that is certainly a nice hypo, but just not an "extreme" hypo.
