Hi Dave. Your animal does look very similar to mine and virtually everything you say are my thoughts exactly. I can't really pin a label on this animal until I do further breedings to prove out what's going on. Unfortunately, this will take a considerable amount of time since my baby's a female. Kinda wish it was a male to speed things up a little. With some luck, I hope to produce a male like her this coming season to put together in the future.

After I have a better idea of the genetics involved, I'll introduce the hypo gene into the mix to see what, if anything, happens! Of course, they would be hets, which means an additional generation down the road. The anticipation in all of this is going to kill me though lol. It does make it a lot of fun though. Thank you very much for your response.
